Email to the Public:

I've been in contact with the NC Bar and they are investigating, among other things, whether or not Byrne concealed from me that mediation had been scheduled in my case.

The filings show that the mediator (Andy Little) dated a filing on 1/11/15 stating that mediation was scheduled for March 30, 2015,

On 1/21/15 I email Byrne (below) and ask if mediation has been scheduled.

On 1/21/15 Byrne replies (also below):

I have once again requested a mediation date and been ignored.

So, as soon as I am able, I  will probably have no choice but to file a request for mediation date with the Court. It’s really irritating.

Also note Little's initial filing re mediation cancellation in March and then his September filing.

Byrne's Answer to my Complaint is due June 9th.

I intend to turn my attention to that after this trial, which will last until Friday. Thanks for the MGA stuff!
